Bob has been a part of our "pack" for the past 7 years. We were first introduced to Bob by neighbors who had used his services. They had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. We loved the idea that while we were away, the dogs did not have to be kenneled. They could stay in the comfort and safety of their own home. We have left our dogs for long weekends or a week in Bob's loving hands. We are always so confident that the dogs will be extremely well cared for while we are gone. Not only does Bob take care of the dogs, he takes care of the house as well. He bring in mail, takes out garbage and even waters the flowers!

We have been with 4 Paws 'n Tails for over two years and are thrilled with their excellent service and reliability. Bob is enthusiastic and genuinely loves to spend time with our dog. They go on vigorous walks, which is great for us when we’re at work, knowing Bob will be there to take care of Captain. We have fostered many other dogs over the past two years, and Bob is happy to help out and walk both dogs when we have an extra furry friend in the house. We sometimes get a quick video or picture from the walk, which is fun to see. Bob and his team go that extra mile to make sure they are giving top notch service.

We have also used his pet sitting services and it’s wonderful to know that our pets are well cared for when we’re away for a weekend or a week. We trust Bob and his team completely, feeling secure knowing that he’s checking in on our pets and our house when we’re away. Bob has noticed when we have a leak in the basement or left a door open, texting us to let us know any important updates. He is quick to respond to a text from me about a schedule update or a request for future pet sitting. Bob is a really nice guy, friendly and clearly loves our pets. He watches out for their wellbeing, keeping them safe and happy while they are in his care. He notices the little things about Captain, letting us know if Captain seems under the weather or has a scrape on his skin. This attention to his responsibilities is rare and outstanding– Bob goes well above expectations to treat our pets like they are his own. While providing attentive and loving care to our animals, Bob is an absolute professional, being quick and efficient in our house if he comes when someone is home. We always feel safe and secure when our pets are cared for by Bob’s team!

We have been a client of 4 Paws ’n Tails for years. We raise sheep and have an aging Coon Cat. We are away frequently during the summer and fall. 4 Paws ’n Tails has taken excellent and consistent care of our animals. There have been times at the farm when extra attention has been required and those situations were handled in a timely and appropriate manner. We trust Bob and his assistants. Bob has been walking and caring for my dog and other animals for almost 10 years. He is kind and very knowledgeable about animal health and behavior, and genuinely loves his four-legged clients. Bob is completely dependable and goes out of his way to accommodate last-minute, unexpected requests. He is a great communicator and lets me know if my dog’s behavior or health seems a bit off. We feel so fortunate to have found 4 Paws ‘n Tails. They take such affectionate care of our 3 goldens. Their genuine love for animals is evident every time they spend time with our pups! 4 Paws ’n Tails has been taking care of our animals for over 16 years. Bob and his staff are so reliable and capable that we never worry when we are away from home. We've had several dogs and a cat, all with different needs and peculiarities and they have all been so well cared for. Our current two dogs love the attention they get when 4 Paws ’n Tails comes to take care of them. We also feel happy to know that when we are away our mail will be brought in, lights turned on and off and there is someone checking on our property. We love when they send us little photos or videos of our dogs playing. It makes being away from our furry kids so much easier.

We have been clients of Bob and 4 Paws ’n Tails for over 16 years. Bob has provided excellent care for our pets. We’ve had dogs, cats, a house bunny, a gerbil, a lizard and a bird. All of our pets were handled with utmost care. At one point, we had an elderly dog who was just recovering from a serious illness. We were scheduled to take a vacation but were hesitant to leave our dog. Bob assured us that all would be fine. He took great care with her and he called us multiple times just to assure us that all was well. Bob always makes time for us and is always willing to step in during an emergency or for last minute changes to our schedule. He gives great advice and is loved by our dogs! When they see Bob, they can hardly contain themselves! We would never use anyone other than Bob and 4 Paws ’n Tails!
